Jan Jorgensen of Two Chefs Appears at Books & Books for Signing of A Cook’s Table

The celebrated Miami chef brings his culinary wisdom and wine-pairing expertise to Coral Gables

Legendary SoFlo Chef Jan Jorgensen, the founder of longtime Miami restaurant scene staple Two Chefs, will be signing copies of his first book, A Cook’s Table, at Books & Books in Coral Gables on Wednesday, March 12. Cowritten by wine pro Todd Wernstrom, A Cook’s Table doubles as a Wine 101 tome, featuring dishes paired with wines, full glossaries, tasting notes and more. Jorgensen has been a fixture of the Miami culinary scene for more than 30 years, weathering the ups and downs of the city’s volatile dining landscape—and he’s still a beloved favorite (for a reason). Come out to Books & Books, 265 Aragon Ave., Coral Gables, from 7 pm – 8 pm and grab your signed copy.
