Lucky Fish Beach Bar + Grill Makes Waves in Dania Beach

Family-owned LM Restaurants unveils beachfront dining hotspot with tiki vibes and fresh coastal cuisine.

LM Restaurants, the family-owned hospitality group led by South Florida locals Lou and Joy Moshakos and their daughter Amber, recently celebrated the grand opening of Lucky Fish Beach Bar + Grill Dania Beach with a lively St. Patrick’s Day Bash on March 17, 2025.

Located at the former Dania Beach Grill site at 65 N. Beach Road, Dania Beach, FL 33004, Lucky Fish Beach Bar + Grill Dania Beach underwent a multi-million-dollar transformation in partnership with the City of Dania Beach, reviving the beloved local spot.

Lucky Fish Beach Bar + Grill Dania Beach offers the ultimate beachfront dining experience, where guests can relax with their toes in the sand, enjoy tiki bar cocktails, and savor fresh coastal-inspired dishes with stunning ocean views. The family-friendly restaurant spans 6,000 square feet and features a Florida Keys-style 4,000-square-foot outdoor tiki bar, a 1,721-square-foot café deck, a covered live-music bandstand, and spacious lawn area for events. Combining modern design elements from Lucky Fish Pompano with a nostalgic Old Florida charm, the restaurant invites guests to bring their dogs and come dressed casually—even in bathing suits after a day at the beach.

Executive Chef Ovidio “Nery” Leal oversees a vibrant menu, reminiscent of Lucky Fish Pompano, including casual seafood, sandwiches, smash burgers, salads, and grab & go breakfast options such as bagels, pastries, coffee, and orange juice. Menu highlights, or “Lucky Picks,” include Tuna Poke Nachos, Killer Conch Fritters, Tropical Shrimp Wrap, Florida Fish Sandwich, Hooked-Up Tacos, and Fried Oreos with Vanilla Sauce.

Live music entertains guests daily, with performances scheduled Monday through Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. and weekends from 3 to 6 p.m., free of charge. Regular themed events and holiday celebrations, such as the popular “Tiki by Twilight” Full Moon parties, add to the vibrant community atmosphere.

Demonstrating its commitment to community involvement, Lucky Fish Beach Bar + Grill donated proceeds from its opening day to the City of Dania Beach and contributed a portion of the opening week’s revenue to Feeding South Florida®, supporting hunger relief throughout the region.

Operating hours are 8 a.m. to midnight daily, with breakfast served from 8 to 10:30 a.m. and lunch and dinner starting at 10:30 a.m. Happy Hour specials, including cocktails, draft beer, and wine by the glass, are available Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m., with valet parking available on weekends.
