Bulla Gastrobar
Pick a la carte or choose to indulge in a four-course pre-fixe menu before welcoming 2021 with a complimentary toast at midnight. Plus, selected sparkling wine bottles are 25% off. Plus, the next day, enjoy a New Year’s Day brunch filled with bottomless mimosa and sangria.

The ceviche gastrobar offers its a la carte menu of Peruvian favorites as well as a course pre-fixe menu for

The waterfront restaurant celebrates 2021 with a DJ, balloon drop at midnight, complimentary Champagne toast and party favor for all guests.

Casa Sensei
The pan-Asian Latin fusion eatery gives diners al fresco ambience with Las Olas views, accompanied by a five-course meal. The night also features a DJ and specialty party favors.
Menu: Seared Foie Gras, Truffle Edamame, Miso Lamb Chops and even Mongolian Duck. Plus, bottomless bubbles.
Cost: $125+ per person

 

Bill Hansen Catering
The Miami company offers a special New Year’s Eve menu to enjoy at home.
Menu:
Time to indulge with baby beets with goat cheese and orange, wagyu beef carpaccio, caviar cakes, U5 shrimp cocktail, and truffle pizza from Sullivan Street Bakery. Main courses include pan-seared Chilean Sea Bass, Zaatar Lamb Chops, NY Strip Steak and Bi-color roasted corn and rainbow Swiss chard. For dessert, a CBD-infused chocolate hazelnut square with malted milk crema, in addition to Zak The Baker Rye chocolate chip cookies and guava mascarpone tarts.

 

Farmer’s Table
The restaurant host a socially-distanced party starting with a cocktail reception and appetizers and continuing with a four-course dinner from Chef Michael Schenk. Plus, live DJ and complimentary Champagne toast.
Menu:
Garden Soup, Celebration Salad, Petit Herb-Roasted Sirloin Steak & Salmon and Apple Strudel for a sweet finale.
Cost:
$125 per person for groups of 6-10

 

Bodega Taqueria y Tequila
Let the good times roll with two seatings. The 4-8 p.m. slot features $150 premium open bar per person or $500 for table reservations of eight to 10 people, which includes one bottle of vodka, one bottle of tequila and one bottle of champagne. For 8 p.m.-midnight seating, guests enjoy complimentary appetizers and a complimentary round of shots for everyone on the hour.
The restaurants also offer a take-home taco bar meal that feeds six.

Waterstone Resort & Marina in Boca Raton
The hotel at Boca Landing offers dinner and dancing from 8:30 p.m.-1 a.m. with a three-course prix fixe menu. DJ Tito will offer live entertainment while a midnight champagne toast brings the start of 2021.
Menu: Florida Stone Crabs and Crab-Crusted Black Grouper
Cost: $175 person (+7% tax and 20% service charge for all parties)

 

MK Takeaways
Don’t feel like going out? Enjoy a lavish four-course meal at home in the comfort of your home from the Sunrise-based ghost company.
Menu: Entree highlights include Filet Mignon & Lobster Tail ($75); Rack of Lamb with pomegranate and fennel ($63); Braised Red Wine Short Ribs with Parmesan polenta ($57); Roasted Cornish Hens ($55); and Osso Bucco ($54).

Burlock Coast
Make the last day of the year memorable at The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale. Guests enjoy a four-course family-style meal with a glass of Champagne from 5:30-9:30 p.m. Or rejuvenate with the New Year’s Day Recovery Breakfast on Jan. 1 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. with a $35 bottomless beverage package.
Menu: The menu includes baked brie, shaved prosciutto, housemade jam and focaccia; hamachi sashimi with shaved cucumber, pepper, radish, kumquat-yuzu sauce; ricotta gnudi, wild mushroom, romanesco, onion and uni cream sauce; seared scallops and braised short rib with smashed evoo potatoes, Swank Farm vegetables and truffle butter; and for dessert a triple chocolate mousse bar and chocolate sable.

Ariete
Chef Michael Beltran presents the last Versos Sencillos tasting menu of 2020, a 12-course tasting menu with a glass of bubbly at the Coconut Grove restaurant.
Menu: Dishes include three Amuse offerings; a local fish ceviche with strawberry and tomato jus, tomato leaf powder, and veil of tomato; savory potato doughnut with foie gras mousse, bitter coffee mousse, and shaved white truffles; sofrito guinea hen with fricasse jus; and pork tenderloin with braised pork cheeks, sherried chestnuts, local calabaza, and mushroom espuma, and more. Dessert, prepared by pastry guru Chef Devin Braddock, will be a surprise.
Cost: $225 per person with an optional wine pairing available for an additional $125 or $190 per person, and an optional cocktail pairing available for $95 or $55

The beachfront Fort Lauderdale hotel hosts The Future Is Bright for guests and locals in groups of no more than six people at the Living Room and Living Room Terrace.
