Sabal Development Sells Waterfront Estate in Miami Beach

A newly constructed waterfront estate at 770 S. Shore Dr. in Miami Beach recently sold for $5.15 million. Sabal Development, a luxury custom home builder, built the property and sold it to Chester and Grace Ng, represented by Dan Hechtkopf and Marci DeClaris of Douglas Elliman, a real estate company.

The home consists of two floors featuring 5,043-square-feet of living space with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two powder rooms. The property includes 60 feet of water frontage on a 10,201-square-foot lot= with waterfront views with a large pool and sitting area. Its open floor plan allows for a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces, with a chef’s kitchen featuring an eat-in bar. The Normandy Isle property has 24-hour security, tennis courts, a golf course and a kids’ play area.

In addition to the estate sale at t 770 S. Shore Dr., Sabal Development has constructed and sold properties at 4131 S. Douglas Rd. in Coconut Grove for $5.4 million; 860 S. Shore Drive in Miami Beach for $5.9 million; and a contemporary waterfront estate at 135 Palm Ave. on Palm Island in Miami Beach.
