Save the date for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Food & Wine Festival

South Florida foodies, get ready.

Broward’s top chefs are prepping their kitchens for the second annual Greater Fort Lauderdale Food & Wine Festival, March 15-21.

Benefitting Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, the weeklong event will feature events and appearances from local chefs such as  Chef Rino Cerbone (Heritage), Chef Paula DaSilva (The Ritz Carlton, Fort Lauderdale), Chef Steven Dapuzzo (Society 8 Hospitality), Chef Fulvio Sardelli (Sardelli Italian Steakhouse) and Chef Josie Smith-Malave (Bubbles & Pearls).

My Heritage by Chef Rino Cerbone

The opening night of the festival features a five-course pairing dinner that reflects Chef Rino’s life experiences.

Hip Hop Beats & Wagyu Beef

Chef Fulvio Sardelli Jr. blends 90s and early 2000s hip-hop in a five-course tasting menu with Italian favorites and Wagyu Beef, paired with Wandering Wines.

Enjoy three signature cocktails inspired by the FAT Village Arts District from Shady Distillery’s Shady Vodka, 12 Mile Rum and Somrus Cream Liqueurs.

Owner-chef of Bubbles + Pearls and former “Top Chef” contestant Chef Josie Smith-Malave (pictured above) and former “Hell’s Kitchen” runner-up and current executive chef of The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale Chef Paula DaSilva join forces with Frey Vineyards and Kwaya Cellars for a four-course vegan dinner—complete with the stunning backdrop of Fort Lauderdale beach.
