Those astounding Cirque folks are at it again, and if you’ve never experienced the eye-catching, heart-pounding, knee-slapping combination of theater, acrobatics, comedy and mystique of a Cirque du Soleil production, you’re in for a treat.
Cirque Corteo is a fantastical depiction of a clown who pictures his own funeral taking place in a carnival-like setting as quiet angels look on. Juxtaposing large with small, silliness with tragedy and perfection with imperfection, the show illustrates the humanity within each of us.
