Shake it up this St. Patrick’s Day with create-your-own cocktails

SHAMROCK FIZZ

Ingredients:

2 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

8–10 Cilantro Leaves

3 Cucumber Slices

Top off with Club Soda

 

Method: Combine all ingredients, except club soda into tin shaker. Muddle fruit/herbs. Add ice, shake vigorously, and fine strain into collins glass. Add fresh ice, top off with club soda, and garnish with cucumber slice with cilantro leaf through center.

 

 

HUMO VERDE

Ingredients:

1 oz. Casamigos Mezcal

1 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

.75 oz. Simple Syrup

4 Basil Leaves

2 Thyme sprigs

2 Serrano Slices

1-Inch Slice Grilled Green Poblano Pepper

Garnish 1-Inch Grilled Poblano Slice and Fresh Thyme

 

Method: Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Muddle herbs and Serrano slices. Add ice, shake vigorously, and fine strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish with cucumber slice with 1-inch grilled poblano slice and fresh thyme.

 

SPICY VERDE MARGARITA

Ingredients:

2 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

2 Cucumber Slices

2 Serrano Slices

4 Basil Leaves

1/2 Thick rime of Salt/Sugar/Tajín Mixture

Garnish Basil Leaf and Serrano Slice

 

Method: Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Muddle cucumber, serrano and basil. Add ice, shake vigorously, and fine strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish with basil leaf and Serrano slice.
