South Bar & Kitchen in Pompano Beach Begins Brunch Service

The restaurant, which opened in May, pays homage to traditional Southern cuisine.

Located in the heart of Downtown Pompano Beach, South Bar & Kitchen now offers weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. The restaurant, which features a Southern concept with a delectable made-from-scratch Louisiana-inspired menu, offers made-from-scratch dishes, spices, and marinades.

The new brunch menu boasts a complete cocktail list that includes classic brunch cocktails such as mimosa pitchers and Bloody Mary’s and specialty cocktails like the Breakfast Old Fashioned and Gin and Jam. In addition, the menu features popular dishes that are typically associated with the weekend ritual, infused with a heavy Louisiana influence and a blend of Cajun and Creole flavors. Some of the must-try dishes include the Sweet Potato Pecan Waffle, Monte Cristo, and South Sticky Buns.
