Costa Delray Taking Preorders for Farm-to-Table Thanksgiving Dinners 

The dishes are available for pickup.

Costa Delray on lively Atlantic Avenue offers a delightful farm-to-table Thanksgiving menu featuring freshly sourced ingredients from local farms and fisheries. This special menu is now available for pre-order and can be picked up on Wednesday, Nov. 27, the day before Thanksgiving. The restaurant will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.

The a la carte, entrée and side options include:

  • Butternut squash soup, a silky harvest soup blended with coconut cream and a dill garnish ($18, serves four)
  • Bio-Farm organic whole turkey marinated and rubbed down with favorite holiday flavors and aromatics ($135, 14-16 pounds, serves 9-10 people, uncooked and oven-ready with cooking instructions)
  • Wild-caught stuffed local vermillion snapper, which is a pecan-encrusted local snapper with delicate fall flavors, including butternut squash bits, herbs, sea salt flakes and ghee ($16 per serving)
  • Creamed trumpet green beans, a modern spin on a green bean casserole with cremini and trumpet mushrooms and a cream sauce with toasted almonds ($18)
  • Turkey gravy, delightful and savory with peppery herb undertones ($16)
  • Traditional stuffing with house-made breadcrumbs with an herb bouquet and garden fresh vegetables toasted in ghee and sea salt ($18)
  • Mashed Potatoes, creamy Yukon and russet blend with ghee and sea salt ($18)
  • Cranberry sauce with fresh cranberries and the perfect balance of sweet and tart, infused with fragrant spices and sweetened with freshly squeezed orange juice and saw palmetto honey straight from the honeybee farm ($18)
  • Browned butter sugar yams with ghee and sea salt ($18)
  • Roasted Autumn squash and vegetables with seasonal farm ingredients ($18)
  • Brioche dinner rolls ($14)

Dessert options include:

  • Pumpkin pie ($23)
  •  Pecan pie ($32)
  • Apple pie ($32)
  • Raw Cacao Pumpkin “Cashew” Cheesecake ($34)
  • Vanilla bean and honey whipped cream ($16 per quart)

Sides serve four people.

“We believe that creating memorable meals and meaningful moments provides respite from a hectic schedule,” says Chef Coton Stine, proprietor. “We work with local foragers, farmers, and fisheries to ensure that our Thanksgiving menu is perfect for families.”

Costa offers a blend of modern American cuisine with traditional French culinary influences, featuring a variety of dishes such as steak, seafood, pasta, and fromage boards, all prepared with enticing sauces and spreads. Many of the dishes are American favorites and are made using organic ingredients. Costa is known for its innovative and boldly flavored whimsical dishes. Chef Stine, a classically trained Le Cordon Bleu chef, uses farm-fresh ingredients, herbs and seasonings to create flavorful dishes. The restaurant also showcases locally caught fresh seafood and fish from Captain Clay’s.
