Coming Developments

The Shape of Things to Come. The latest entry in the ever-expanding portfolio of Ram Realty Advisors is raising the rental bar in Fort Lauderdale. Curv (pictured above and left) the vibrant eight-story apartment community at 410 SE 16th Court, consists of 243 contemporary units that run from studios to 1,600-square-foot, three-bedroom floorplans.

Designed by Roger Fry Architects, the project leans into South Florida’s Art Deco past while delivering more than its share of modern conveniences. On the interior front, that means chic design elements, stainless-steel appliances, full-size washers and dryers, and large balconies. Residents also have access to a fitness center, yoga studio, pool and outdoor cabanas, and a grooming station for dogs and cats. Speaking of which, pets also are treated to yummy bites at the lobby level.

Luxury to the West. A new 17.7-acre master-planned community in Miramar by CC Homes continues to generate residential buzz on the heels of its summer marketing launch. Nearly one-third of the 158 luxury estate-style homes at Marbella were sold during the initial two weeks of sales. The exclusive gated community, located off Bass Creek Road and west of Interstate 75, features four models that range from 3,255 square feet to nearly 4,000 square feet (and three to six bedrooms). Prices start in the low $600,000s. Highlights include customizable, open-concept layouts; smart-home technology; state-of-the-art appliances; modern Euro-styled cabinetry; quartz countertops and expansive exterior spaces. On the amenity side, Marbella promises a resort-style pool and clubhouse and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
