What: At Chef Lenore’s cooking class, couples learn to make Beef Wellington with Sauce Diane or Roasted Vegetable Wellington, as well as Gorgonzola Pistachio Grapes, Goat Cheese Poppy Seed Olives, Shrimp Scampi, and Chocolate Lava Cake. The evening is topped off with a Champagne toast.
