As the busy holiday season approaches, Tacocraft Taqueria & Tequila Bar, an iconic Mexican restaurant concept owned by Handcrafted Hospitality, launched a new All-Day Menu and an expanded Happy Hour program across all four of its locations in Dade and Broward Counties. The revamped spirits menu will feature over 30 new tequilas and mezcals, while the Weekend Brunch has also been updated. With something for everyone throughout the day, Tacocraft offers much to be thankful for this season for foodies, cocktailers, locals, and visitors alike.
Previously, the Happy Hour was only available at the restaurant’s bar. However, it is now available throughout the restaurants, six nights a week, except for Taco Tuesdays. Happy Hour starts at 3 p.m., ends at 7 p.m., and then again from 10 p.m. until close. During Happy Hour, customers can enjoy a range of delectable food and beverage options, including select margaritas, wines, and spirits for only $5, beers and tacos for $4, and snacks for $5. All tequilas (straight pours) are also available at 50% off.
The All-Day menu is filled with new dishes, including close to a dozen new offerings. Among them are Mexican wings in two styles, chipotle habanero BBQ or Mexican hot, and new tacos which range from Hawaiian bigeye tuna with Asian slaw and spicy mayo to chorizo and egg, as well as the return of the famous braised chicken with cilantro lime crema. Additionally, a trio of special Reserve Tacos, including short rib birria, The Smash Burger – prime beef patty, gringo cheese, shredded lettuce, pickles, onions and special sauce, and a rotating upscale Taco of the Month are also new.
The revamped Weekend Brunch ensures a delectable weekend getaway, served every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The brunch boasts a fresh selection of breakfast tacos, with two per order. The menu includes the Americano, which features scrambled eggs, caramelized onions, pico de gallo, queso Americano, and garlic aioli. The Wakeup Taco has fried eggs, refried beans, smoked bacon, avocado, cotija cheese, and spicy mayo. Finally, there’s the Steak, Egg, and Cheese taco.
For $25 per person during brunch, Tacocraft offers bottomless mimosas, sangrias, and spritzes, along with brunch favorites such as Chicken & Churros, Al Pastor Hash, the Hangover Burrito, and Tres Leches French Toast. The Chicken & Churros dish features crispy fried chicken, a giant churro waffle, Mike’s Hot Honey, and tequila-infused maple syrup, while the Al Pastor Hash includes chicken al pastor, potatoes, peppers, onion, two over easy eggs, corn tortillas, house salsas, and cilantro. The Hangover Burrito is made with scrambled eggs, chorizo, Oaxaca and Manchego cheese, tomato, avocado, potatoes, and chipotle crema. Finally, the Tres Leches French Toast is prepared with brioche bread, tres leches milk, cinnamon toast crunch, caramel, and cinnamon whipped cream, among other ingredients.
