Takeout treats: This unique twist on a classic diner is offering curbside pickup and delivery from 7:15 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Sunday. The Java & Jam menu features a healthy mix of classic, hearty breakfast foods—try the corned beef Benedict with gruyere, sauerkraut, English muffin and hollandaise ($15)—and lighter options like the power egg white bowl with spinach, roasted peppers, tofu and mushrooms ($12). The lunch menu, served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. offers a similar menu with classics like the BLTE with two fried eggs, bacon, Monterey jack, tomato and mayo on multigrain bread ($12) and specialties like meatloaf made with a blend of short rib and brisket, bacon, mushroom, gravy and Yukon gold mash ($15).
Don’t miss: You can’t beat a classic. Try the avocado toast with sunny side up eggs, feta, radish, sweet pepper marmalade and olive oil on a toasted multigrain bread ($13).

Takeout treats: Brad Kilgore, whose Kilgore Culinary Group embodies four successful restaurants
in Miami, typically digs into his Kansas City roots and love of barbecue for some downright delicious offerings at AlterQ, including its Mk Rib sandwich (pictured). For now, the restaurant is offering cuts from the butcher shop, various provisions and produce—and even beer, wine and cocktail mixes—for takeout or delivery. On the meat side, check out the 10-ounce bone-in lamb loin ($30), 14-ounce grass-fed ribeye ($35) or 14-ounce Mishima wagyu New York strip ($65). The cocktail ledger includes Arnold Palmer mix ($14) and Tommy’s margarita mix ($14).
