Yellow Yolk Opens in Coral Springs

Yellow Yolk, a new pop-art-themed breakfast and lunch concept, is now open at The Walk at University on N. University Drive in Coral Springs. It is the brand’s first location.

The Yellow Yolk menu is designed like a palette of paint colors, filled with all the essentials. Breakfast options include classic dinner-sized waffles with hot syrup, triple-stacked pancakes with powdered sugar, eggs any style with a side of bacon and home fries, classic egg benedict, an assortment of veggie and meat-filled omelets, along with traditional breakfast items. Their lunch menu provides many choices, including daily homemade soups, fresh chicken sandwich combos, the “will-be famous” smashed beef burger, and hearty and healthy chopped salads. Its lunch specials include the huevos rancheros, carnitas burrito with tomatillo salsa verde, cooked steak sandwich and a tart Florida key lime pie.

The Yellow Yolk concept was crafted by Steve Tsatas, the restaurateur behind reputable dining experiences. It is the first chain, with the second one to open in Pompano Beach by the end of 2022.

“We are eager to open our newest dining experience in Coral Springs. Breakfast and lunch is for champions with both culinary delights and great atmosphere combined,” Tsatas says.

Yellow Yolk chose a local South Florida artist to design the interior and bring the pop-art-themed vision to life. Using vibrant colors and reimaging original pop-art designs, Yellow Yolk is tailored as the newest Instagram foodie’s hot spot.
