Cellar 1954 dinner series
- In honor of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s beginnings in 1954, the monthly dinner series highlights and pairs the world’s most prestigious wines and spirits with the award-winning cuisine of the restaurant’s signature dining spots. This month, StripSteak by Michael Mina will host an exclusive Pappy Van Winkle dinner (the flagship brand of bourbon whiskey, owned by the Old Rip Van Winkle Distillery and regarded as one of the world’s finest and most exclusive bourbons on the market). The culinary team will prepare a four-course meal paired with 10-, 12- and 13-year-old Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon. Dinner will be followed by a nightcap of 15-, 20- and 23-year-old Pappy and a cigar pairing in the restaurant’s lower deck.
