Galleria Mall launches culinary virtual series

The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale is bringing the spirit of South Florida dining into people’s homes with their new Facebook Live series of shows.

Each week, The Galleria hosts a mix of culinary demonstrations (Cooking with The Galleria) and mixology lessons set to tunes from local musicians (Happy Hour with The Galleria). Past shows include a tutorial on Roasted Vegetable Gnocchi with Seasons 52’s Chef Elvis Bravo and a live musical performance by Tori Rossi Music and WILL PLUS. The next show will be on Tuesday, April 28 at 2:00 p.m. with Chef Elvis Bravo demonstrating his famous Shrimp with Grits.

In addition to these live shows, The Galleria is offering takeout and delivery services during this time from some of their keystone restaurants. Seasons 52, The Capital Grille and P.F. Chang’s China Bistro remain operational, and updates on their current status can be found here.
