Elisabetta’s and Louie Bossi, two highly acclaimed Italian restaurants in South Florida, will honor National Pasta Day on Monday, Oct. 17 with a special pasta-infused dish. The featured entree is Cappelinni e Calamari ($27) which includes angel hair pasta, calamari, San Marzano sauce and Calabrian chili peppers.
The Broward and Palm Beach establishments, part of Big Time Restaurant Group, are known for concocting homemade pasta, bread and pizzas. Each restaurant features menu items offering a variety of fresh pasta made in-house daily, steaks dry-aged in-house, salumi plates, fish from a wood-burning grill, and fresh desserts and pastries.
Elisabetta’s and Louie Bossi’s serve dinner seven nights a week, lunch Monday through Friday and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Elisabetta’s Ristorante and Pizzeria is located at 185 Banyan Blvd. in West Palm Beach and 32 East Atlantic Ave. in Delray Beach. Louie Bossi’s Ristorante, Bar & Pizzeria is at 1032 East Las Olas Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale and 100 Palmetto Park Rd. in Boca Raton.
