The  Ann Storck Center will hold a fundraising dinner from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sept. 24 at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse in Fort Lauderdale. Attendees will have the opportunity to be among the first to experience Fogo de Chão’s new menu additions, which include Caviar Brioche, Whole Blistered Branzino and Roasted Bone Marrow. Fogo de Chão will also offer an all-day happy hour at Bar Fogo, featuring $5 beers, $8 South American wines and $10 Brazilian-inspired cocktails. The Best of Brazil summer menu at Fogo de Chão starts at $39. Attendees can also participate in a raffle.

Proceeds from the fundraising dinner will go towards the Ann Storck Center, which provides housing for 96 residents and offers a variety of critical care, learning and ability-focused programs to over 300 individuals daily.

Fogo de Chão offers an open-air churrasco bar where guests can enjoy gaucho chefs demonstrating the art of churrasco, from butchering and preparing to grilling various cuts of meat over an open flame. The restaurant also includes spacious, covered patios for outdoor churrasco dining, impressive wine displays, on-site dry-aged meat lockers and a vibrant indoor-outdoor bar perfect for all-day happy hour.
