The sixth annual Big Bad BBQ Bash is a networking and social event benefitting Special Olympics South Florida. It will take place on Saturday, September 7th from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Esplanade Park in Fort Lauderdale.
The event will be hosted by Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale and will feature all-you-can-eat BBQ, drinks, live music, Water Taxi Tours, an auction and raffle and the opportunity to meet Special Olympics athletes. Those with VIP tickets can enjoy a private area with a champagne welcome, BBQ specialties, all-you-can-drink specialty beers, desserts, complimentary raffle tickets and sit-down seating near the New River.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Special Olympics South Florida, an organization for children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities, providing year-round training and competitions.
