Buzzworthy New Breakfast Items at Beehive Kitchen

Beehive Kitchen, a create-your-own bowl restaurant with three locations around South Florida, has recently launched a new breakfast menu loaded with healthy options. Breakfast is now served Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and includes items such as build-your-own acai bowls with both classic and vegan bases, fresh fruit and yogurt parfaits and cold pressed juices for diners on-the-go. The new menu was created by concept chef Jason Grasty in response to the growing demand for healthy breakfast options by the restaurant’s loyal patrons.

Tiffany Palliser, General Manager at the Las Olas location, has been with Beehive Kitchen for over a year. She recommends trying the vegan acai blend made with bananas, blueberries, strawberries, apple juice and, of course, acai.

“It’s a fun, refreshing way to do breakfast.”

The Las Olas Beehive Kitchen location has been open since September 2017, serving the local community delicious bowls of hearty and healthy ingredients. It is located on Las Olas Boulevard and surrounded by other up-and-coming local businesses.
