4 Rivers Smokehouse in Coral Springs Expands Menu Options for August

Customers can also enjoy Vegan options at the BBQ restaurant.

Through August 26, 4 Rivers Smokehouse in Coral Springs will offer three new menu items. The first option is the Brisket Burger, which is chargrilled and topped with melted cheddar cheese, crispy fried onions, lettuce, tomato, and 4R special sauce for $9.79. Additionally, the Spud Love is back by popular demand and comes topped with your choice of meat, jalapenos, shredded cheddar cheese, scallions, a dollop of sour cream, and 4R Signature Sauce. The Spud Crush is the third option, which is mounded with brisket, cheese sauce, crispy onions, horseradish sauce, 4R Signature Sauce, queso fresco, and cilantro, all for $8.49. Starting August 2 and running through Sept. 16, 4 Rivers will also feature fan-favorite bakery items inspired by lunchbox treats, including the Pop Tart, PB&J Cookie, and the Oatmeal Cream Pie.

Whether customers are vegan, vegetarian, or practicing Meatless Mondays, options are available at 4 Rivers. The restaurant offers Vegan Burnt Ends (pictured), a 100% plant-based meat alternative double-smoked with vegan BBQ sauce and slow-roasted until caramelized. Guests can order the Vegan Burnt Ends as a Platter, which comes with two sides and a choice of bread, or choose the Vegan Burnt Ends Melt with provolone and cheddar cheese topped with caramelized onions on sliced sourdough bread. 4 Rivers also boasts an extensive list of vegetarian sides, including their award-winning mac & cheese, Texas cornbread, Southern coleslaw, baked cheese grits, bread pudding, sweet potato casserole, fried okra, french fries, and (vegan) smokehouse corn. Those who can’t decide can order the Side Sampler, which allows them to choose three sides and a bread option for an indulgent meatless meal. Additionally, for those in the mood for a salad, the Farmhouse Salad features a kale spring mix and romaine, roasted chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, onions, corn, cheddar cheese and Texas cornbread croutons. Vegan Burnt Ends are available to purchase a la carte, by the half pound, and the sides can be ordered by the pint (serves 2 to 3) or the quart (serves 4 to 6).
