Costa Delray Unveils Summer Happy Hour and Weekend Brunch Options

The weekend brunch features a two-for-one special on mimosas and Bloody Marys.

Costa Delray has recently introduced its enticing summer promotions and specials, which will be offered until Sept. 30. Located at 502 E. Atlantic Ave., Costa Delray provides a fusion of modern American cuisine with traditional French culinary influences. The menu, created by Chef Coton Stine, a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef who emphasizes the use of farm-fresh ingredients, herbs, and seasonings, features a variety of options, including steak, seafood, pasta, fromage boards, enticing sauces, purées and spreads—many of which are organic. The restaurant also offers locally caught fresh seafood and fish from Captain Clay’s.

“We believe that creating memorable meals and meaningful moments provides respite from a hectic schedule,” Chef Stine says. “We work with local foragers, farmers, and fisheries to ensure our guests have a truly unique dining experience every time they visit Costa.”

Happy Hour runs from Wednesday through Saturday, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. It features $5 local brews on tap, $6 global wines, and $6 happy hour bites. The summer special also offers $9 craft cocktails, including favorites like the Watermelon Margarita, Hibiscus Dragon fruit Margarita, and the Passion Fruit Paloma. These cocktails are crafted with freshly pressed, house-made juices.

The weekend brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The extensive brunch menu offers an array of favorites, including P.B. Nana Pancakes, Mimi’s Maple Walnut Granola Bowl, Strawberry Fields Brioche French Toast, Doda Day Omelet, The Fat “Cochon” with Glazed Heritage Pork Belly, a distinctive ‘Toast Bar,’ and many other delightful options. Guests can also indulge in cold-pressed juices and a variety of coffees.
