Experience Summertime Backyard BBQ Dining in Miami

The recent heatwave in South Florida has ushered in summer weather to the region. 

The upcoming Memorial Day weekend marks the start of the al-fresco cooking season and the annual debut of BBQ dining in Miami. Klaw Miami 

Klaw Miami is an impressive multi-level restaurant in Edgewater within the former Miami Women’s Club building. It features a rooftop bar offering stunning waterfront views. This summer, Klaw is offering Klaw at Home, a three-tiered package starting at $375, which includes cooking instructions, spices, rubs, sauces, and a cooler to help grill masters elevate their backyard barbecues. 

  • The first selection features “Heritage Steak and Truffles,” consisting of a 30oz Dry-Aged Greater Omaha Porterhouse and a 16oz Greater Omaha Ribeye, accompanied by the signature spice rub and black truffle sauce.
  • The second option, “Norwegian King Crab Legs,” consists of three pounds of fresh Norwegian King Crab legs, accompanied by lemon and garlic butter.
  • The third option, “Fresh Norwegian Crab Legs and Heritage Steak,” features a 30oz Dry-Aged Greater Omaha Porterhouse, a 16oz Greater Omaha Ribeye, and three pounds of Fresh Norwegian King Crab Legs. It is complemented with a signature spice rub, black truffle sauce, and lemon and garlic butter.

Graziano’s

Graziano’s is a beloved Miami institution serving authentic Argentine cuisine since 1962. Flamingo Flea

Visitors can explore offerings from more than 30 summer-focused artisanal vendors at the Memorial Day BBQ edition of Flamingo Flea, held at Tarpon River Brewing in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Attendees can savor beach-inspired live music by Intracoastal Entertainment and summer-themed drinks from JJ Gelato and Coffee Cart. Tarpon River Brewing will serve brunch, craft beer, and mimosas, with options for indoor and outdoor seating. The event, which is open to families and dogs, takes place from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 26.
