Hard Rock Live Presents On Your Feet! The Story of Emilio and Gloria Estefan

The Broadway musical production will have four shows starting April 11.

The first theatrical performance at Hard Rock Live will feature a local success story as On Your Feet! The Story of Emilio & Gloria Estefan will be performed in April. The Broadway musical performances are scheduled on Thursday, April 11 at 8 p.m., Friday, April 12 at 8 p.m., and Saturday, April 13 at 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.

In the role of Gloria Estefan, Gaby Albo, was recognized with a Helen Hayes Award. The Mexican actress is an American Musical and Dramatic Academy graduate who has performed in numerous iconic shows, including A Chorus LineWest Side StoryCatsMentirasAladdinBroadway Rising Stars, and On Your Feet’s world premiere! En Espanol. Albo was also a semifinalist in the television competition La Voz and has showcased her singing talent on Norwegian and Regent Cruise Lines all over the world.

Samuel Garnica portrays Emilio Estefan in the production. He is a Venezuelan actor, singer, and voiceover artist who graduated with a social communication degree specializing in audiovisual arts from the prestigious Andrés Bello Catholic University (UCAB). Garnica has provided his voice for several renowned brands such as Pepsi, Blackberry, Wendy’s, Polar, Maltin, Cines Unidos, and more. He received credit for his role in the world premiere of On Your Feet! En Espanol. His other credits include Así Que Pasen 5 Años, for which he won the ATI Award for Best Supporting Actor.

Luis Salgado serves as the director of the production. He boasts credits as an international director, choreographer, and educator from Puerto Rico. Salgado has recently directed the world premiere of On Your Feet! En Español in 2022. He has also been credited for directing On Your Feet! (Holland) and the U.S. premiere of In the Heights in Spanish, which won a Helen Hayes Award for Best Musical. Salgado is also the founder of R.Evolución Latina, a Latin nonprofit organization committed to the arts.
