Honoring Pride Month: True Colors

As a tribute to Pride Month, Velvet Taco (305 S. Andrews Ave., Fort Lauderdale) is rolling out its tie-dye taco with a rainbow of flavors. They’re also giving a nod to the LGBTQ+ community by creating a clever ingredients list. The blended dish – tacos and burgers – gets its flavor from Lemon chile aioli, Green onion, Bacon, Tater tots, Queso Blanco. The plus is a medium egg and candied pepitas all on a rainbow waffle tortilla. A portion of the sale of each Pride Brunch Burger taco will be donated to the LGBTQ civil rights organization Lambda Legal.
