Keep This In Mind

Develop your personal zen at The Way’s Mindfulness Teacher Training courses during the upcoming summer and fall seasons.

These mindfulness classes include an overview of the history of mindfulness and meditation, the practice of mindfulness and meditation, the art of teaching and the ethics of the practice. Students can expect teachings by Pablo del Real and Stephen Tucker, as well as the occasional guest teacher.

Courses take the format of both Tuesday night classes and Sunday afternoon retreats. The series includes 50 hours of in-class contact and 50 hours of outside learning for a combined total of 100 hours. At the conclusion of the course, students will receive a Mindfulness Teacher Training Certificate.

Those who are interested in enrolling in these courses can ask questions about the program and meet the teachers at the open house events on July 16 and 21.
