“Making Real Connections” Breakfast Generates Nearly $60,000 for 211 Broward

The fundraiser was presented by the Alan B. Levan | NSU Broward Center of Innovation.

The Kip Hunter Marketing “Making Real Connections” Breakfast was a massive success, with over 200 people in attendance. The event, which aimed to recognize and honor local individuals and organizations that have contributed to the community and have helped 211 Broward provide essential services to those it serves, raised nearly $60,000 for the nonprofit organization. The breakfast featured several speakers, including State Representative Christine Hunschofsky, former Mayor of Parkland, who delivered the keynote address. Other speakers included William Spencer, Chief Social Enterprise Officer of 211 Broward, Kip Hunter-Epstein, Founder and CEO of Kip Hunter Marketing, Alan Levan, co-founder of the Alan B. Levan | NSU Broward Center of Innovation and Chairman of BBX Capital, and Francisco Isaza, Chief Operations Officer of 211 Broward, who shared a powerful and impactful story of how the 211 helpline has helped members of the community.

During the fundraiser, each honoree was recognized by 211 Broward for their commitment to building connections within the community and helping the organization fulfill its mission and meet its goals. As a facilitator of the connection of people to health and human services, 211 Broward relies on the generous support of its partners and supporters to offer opportunities to make these connections. Without this support, the organization would not survive.
