Miami Villa on Venetian Island Sells for $21 Million

Venetian Way was redesigned by Togu Design and boasts a rooftop deck with a pool that overlooks the bay, along with downtown Miami views. Sabal Development originally purchased the property in August 2020 for $4.2 million.
