Pink Steak in West Palm Beach Launches Sunday Brunch

The steakhouse’s chef-curated service features elevated fare and inventive cocktails.

The newly opened Miami-inspired steakhouse Pink Steak in West Palm Beach has unveiled its highly anticipated Sunday brunch service. This unique offering, available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Sunday, promises a lavish dining experience like no other. Guests can now secure their spot at this exclusive brunch through OpenTable.

Since its inception in December 2023, Pink Steak has been a resounding success, garnering support from the local West Palm Beach community and visitors alike. The brainchild of Chef Julien Gremaud, a visionary in the French Steak scene, Pink Steak’s culinary prowess is expertly executed by Executive Chef Aaron Black. The latest addition to the restaurant’s repertoire is the Sunday brunch, a delightful fusion of breakfast and signature menu items that perfectly encapsulate the Pink Steak philosophy.

“We are thrilled to offer this brunch experience to our beloved West Palm Beach community and visitors of the destination,” Gremaud says. “With our latest offering, we’ve transformed a sultry evening steakhouse vibe to a daytime affair that really comes to life through bright, Floridian-style decor and tropical flair.”

PinkSteak’s brunch menu offers traditional steakhouse fare, thoughtfully infused with signature Florida-inspired flavors and an array of handcrafted brunch libations. The brunch menu offers a variety of highlights, including the popular Royal Osetra Caviar Service, served with blini, diced onion, chopped eggs, crème fraiche, and chives. In addition, the menu features an array of expertly curated steak cuts by Chef Gremaud, such as Filet Mignon, Prime NY Strip, Prime Ribeye, Hanger Steak, Wagyu, Prime Skirt Steak, Tomahawk, and A5 Wagyu Strip.

For diners fond of seafood, the Crab Florentine Toasts present a mouth-watering combination of buttered brioche, spinach, pecorino cheese, jumbo lump blue crab, and hollandaise. The menu also offers sweet options such as the Truffled Croque Madame and Classic Avocado Toast to satisfy one’s taste buds. Guests can choose the French Country Omelet, which is light and refreshing, filled with earthy mushrooms and savory ham. For those who prefer a classic brunch favorite, the Eggs Benedict is a must-try, featuring locally smoked salmon or French ham and a velvety hollandaise sauce. The Steak and Eggs, pairing Wood-Grilled Prime Skirt Steak, Sunnyside farm eggs, roasted garlic, blistered shishito, and chimichurri, is an iconic dish.

The culinary offerings at Pink Steak are complemented by a carefully selected assortment of brunch drinks handcrafted by the restaurant’s mixologists. The drinks menu includes classic brunch favorites such as Mimosas and Bellinis, which are made with freshly squeezed juices and Veuve Clicquot champagne. Additionally, a bold and fruity Red Sangria is infused with brandy, triple sec, and seasonal fruits. For a refreshing twist, patrons can try the Hugo Spritz, a delightful blend of elderflower liqueur, prosecco, and sparkling water, garnished with fragrant mint and a zesty lemon wheel. The house-favorite Reposado Espresso Martini is a sophisticated blend of rich espresso and the subtle warmth of reposado tequila, while the Spiced Passion Fruit Margarita tantalizes the taste buds with a unique blend of tangy passion fruit and fiery jalapeño.
