The newly opened Miami-inspired steakhouse Pink Steak in West Palm Beach has unveiled its highly anticipated Sunday brunch service. Since its inception in December 2023, Pink Steak has been a resounding success, garnering support from the local West Palm Beach community and visitors alike. The brainchild of Chef Julien Gremaud, a visionary in the French Steak scene, Pink Steak’s culinary prowess is expertly executed by Executive Chef Aaron Black. The latest addition to the restaurant’s repertoire is the Sunday brunch, a delightful fusion of breakfast and signature menu items that perfectly encapsulate the Pink Steak philosophy.

PinkSteak’s brunch menu offers traditional steakhouse fare, thoughtfully infused with signature Florida-inspired flavors and an array of handcrafted brunch libations. The brunch menu offers a variety of highlights, including the popular Royal Osetra Caviar Service, served with blini, diced onion, chopped eggs, crème fraiche, and chives. In addition, the menu features an array of expertly curated steak cuts by Chef Gremaud, such as Filet Mignon, Prime NY Strip, Prime Ribeye, Hanger Steak, Wagyu, Prime Skirt Steak, Tomahawk, and A5 Wagyu Strip.
For diners fond of seafood, the Crab Florentine Toasts present a mouth-watering combination of buttered brioche, spinach, pecorino cheese, jumbo lump blue crab, and hollandaise.
