Gridiron Grill-Off Food, Wine & Music Festival

  • When: Nov. 9-11
  • Where: The Amp, 1806 NE Sixth St., Pompano Beach
  • What: Events include a grill-off, barbecue competition and concerts by Vince Gill, Daughtry, Sister Hazel and Barenaked Ladies. Concerts are held Nov. 9-11. Festival is held Nov. 10.

“The Odd Couple”

Moving Day Miami

  • When: Activities, 8 a.m.; walk, 10 a.m.
  • Where: 1075 Biscayne Blvd., Miami
  • What: Hosted by the Parkinson’s Foundation, the fundraising event creates awareness to support research and community programs those with Parkinson’s disease. Features an area for children, a caregiver’s relaxation tent, and a movement pavilion with yoga, dance, Tai Chi, Pilates and other activities.

Art in the Park

Swampfest Bluegrass Festival
