  • 3030 Ocean: Enjoy hand-crafted cocktails with fresh seafood by the oceanfront. Try the newest cocktail, the Mama Mia, which features white rum, mint, basil, Limoncello, lime juice and Prosecco; the signature Tipsy Turtle, made with blueberry vodka, key-lime rum, blue curacao and fresh juices; the Slice of Paradise, made with Naked Turtle Rum, fresh squeezed lime juice, watermelon juice, lemongrass syrup and coconut water; or perhaps The Gosling, made with Gosling Black Rum, fresh squeezed orange juice, lime juice and pineapple cinnamon syrup.

  • Burlock Coast: Just steps away from the beach, the restaurant/bar’s Rum Room holds more than 150 varieties of rum. Featured rum cocktails include the Rum Runner’s Remorse, with pineapple-infused Fwaygo Rum, Velvet Falernum, pineapple coco-aloe Kombulicious and Tempranillo; Passionate Coco, with Coconut Rum, Frangelico, Passionfruit complex fruit and pineapple; Hawai’ian Old Fashioned, with Koloa Kaua’I Dark Rum, Cointreau, coconut water and chosen berry ice sphere; the Burlock Ponche, made with multiple rums and triple sec mixed together with cinnamon sticks, mint leaves and a variety of fruits and fruit juices, and much more.

  • Kuro: The new-style Japanese restaurant is featuring a new libation for the holiday: Jyu Nana. The cocktail has a bitter profile and is made with Montenegro Amaro, Cruzan Rum, honey, salt, hand-whipped cream and chocolate, topped with puff soba crumbles. It pairs beautifully with Kuro’s desserts.

  • L Bar: The upscale cocktail bar and live music venue is incorporating a bit of rum’s past into its menu. The Queens Park Swizzle—Ron Zacapa Rum, mint leaves, bitters and fresh lime—was once declared “the most delightful form of anesthesia given out today” by Trader Vic (founder of a chain of Polynesian-themed restaurants) in 1946. In 1944, he developed a Mai Tai that became the iconic Tiki Drink known today, and L Bar serves the original recipe: Appleton Estate, Rhum Barbancourt, orange curacao, orgeat syrup and fresh lime.

  • Wild Sea Oyster Bar & Grille: Known for its seafood and refreshing craft cocktails, the Riverside restaurant is serving up the Coconut Key Lime Colada, featuring coconut rum, white rum, Rumchata, pineapple, key lime, foam and a cherry bitter sun. Pair the drink with a daily selection of fresh oysters, pork belly buns, Maine mussels or smoked scallop crudo.

  • The Atlantic Hotel & Spa: The hotel is offering $6 Bacardi or Cruzan Rum cocktails all day at its signature oceanfront restaurant, Atlantic Grill, and Pool Bar, located on the 5th floor terrace.
