Where: Museum of Discovery and Science, 401 SW Second St., Fort Lauderdale

What: The 25th annual event includes live entertainment, silent auctions and more in benefit of the Museum of Discovery and Science programs. The highlight is the Grand Tasting with bites from local restaurants and craft beer.

Exotic Plant Festival and Bonsai Show

When: March 14-15

Where: Flamingo Gardens, 3750 S. Flamingo Road, Davie

What: The annual festival features a show by the Broward Bonsai Society and celebrates the grand opening of Flamingo Gardens’ Tropical Fern Garden, which features unusual and endangered ferns. The event also features vendors and entertainment.
