Coco Asian Bistro & Bar (pictured above)

What: In addition to long-stemmed roses for the ladies, chef/owner Mike Ponluang has created an a la carte Valentine’s menu that includes grilled King prawns and seared otoro sushi in miso sauce. Keyboardist Rich Hurt and singer Babylyn will perform Feb. 14-16, from 7:30 to 10 p.m.

What: Enjoy a three-course Valentine’s Day dinner at WATR, the resort’s rooftop restaurant overlooking the ocean. Expect five-star Japanese/Peruvian cuisine, like ceviche de pulpo and miso-glazed corvina.
