The panel featured industry experts in art, design, and development, including Ryan Shear, Managing Partner at PMG; Andres Escobar, International Interior Designer; Nick Thomm, Artist; Adam Levine, Director of Toledo Museum of Art; and Chanan Averbuch, PrimeView Displays.

The upcoming Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami will be situated at 300 Biscayne Boulevard and is set to become Miami’s first supertall tower, rising 100 stories and 1,049 feet above Biscayne Bay. It will also be the tallest residential building located south of New York City. The tower will feature 360 private residences, making it an iconic structure in Downtown Miami. Furthermore, the Waldorf Astoria brand, recognized as one of the world’s most iconic hospitality brands, will debut in the Miami market through this project. The tower’s residents will enjoy 360-degree views of Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean.
