About Sabbia Beach

It’s been nearly a decade since the coastline of Pompano Beach welcomed a new high-end residential development—but the wait will be worth it thanks to the oceanfront drama about to unfold at Sabbia Beach. The exclusive 19-story property features 68 residences, starting from the $900,000s, and a 30,000-square-foot private beach. Though much of Sabbia Beach is sold, select residences remain available—including the elegant Barona model, a three-bedroom, four-bath jewel that boasts more than 2,500 square feet of living space, as well as a 480-square-foot wraparound balcony with ocean views. Delivery is expected in less than a year. Call 954.781.9700 for a private preview or visit sabbiabeachcondos.com for general information.
