Keep fit during W.O.W SoFlo

The pandemic hasn’t stopped Mind Body Social’s mission to provide wellbeing to the community. And now all of South Florida can benefit from the Doral-based events company.

W.O.W SoFlo, presented by T-Mobile, features more than 30 virtual events, including workouts, guided runs, dancing, yoga sessions and meditations, broadcast live from the tri-county area’s most recognizable locations such as Las Olas Little Havana, Miami Beach and the Everglades.

The free programs are supported by partners such as Publix, Florida Blue and Baptist Health and will include special guests. Plus, W.O.W SoFlo also supports partner organizations such as Susan G. Komen, Miami Water Keeper and the Everglades Foundation.

Kicking of W.O.W SoFlo is a Zumba class by celebrity dancer and international instructor Toni Costa, held at the T-Mobile store on Lincoln Road. Participants can also look forward to special guests and instructors such as Nikki Sapp Spoelstra, who hosts a meditation session and discussion about family, and Frankie Ruiz, co-founder of the Life Time Miami Marathon, who has created a running program for W.O.W SoFlo. The finale takes place Oct. 17 with South Florida’s biggest virtual 5K race.
