“Taste at the Track” Themed Tasting Series Returns to Gulfstream Park in Hallandale

Taste at the Track at Gulfstream Park offers an array of food options between different themed events. The favorite fan series takes place in the third floor Flamingo Room overlooking the racetrack. Participants can enjoy all-you-can-eat food and drink stations while taking in high-stakes horse racing. The series includes Tacos & Tequila on Aug. 27 and BBQ & Bourbon on Sept. 24. All events take place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and guests must be 21 and over to attend.

The Taste at the Track lineup includes:

Tacos & Tequila | Saturday, Aug. 27 

This event offers some of the best tequilas, including Casamigos, Volcan, Lunazul, Tres Agaves, Casa Noble and many others. Guests can pair an unlimited assortment of tacos, including Al Pastor, Carnitas, Barbacoa, Tinga, and Mexican Street Corn. Fresh guacamole and assorted salsas are another highlight to help provide authentic flavors of Mexico, including an assortment of churros and dipping sauces. 

BBQ & Bourbon | Saturday, Sept. 24

During this installment, guests can enjoy a variety of southern-style dishes paired with premium bourbons, whiskeys and handcrafted cocktails. For both experienced bourbon drinkers and new enthusiasts, this event provides an excellent opportunity to taste and learn about some of the top labels, including Amador, High West, Treaty Oak, Makers 46, Iron Smoke, Jim Beam and Jack Daniels. BBQ food options include brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken and southern sweets.

Each unlimited tasting event is $50 per person. Food and beverage offerings are subject to change.
