Sales for 95 Luxurious Condominiums Now Available at Ella Miami Beach

The property pays homage to Miami’s glamorous past while ushering in a new era of sophisticated Miami Beach living.

Constellation GroupThe Boschetti Group, and Vietmar, three renowned real estate development firms based in Miami, have announced the official launch of sales for Ella Miami Beach, an exquisite 10-story boutique condominium set to rise in the heart of Miami Beach at 6940 Abbott Avenue. The construction of this brand-new building is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2024 and is anticipated to be completed in 2026.

The 95 residences in the desirable Miami Beach neighborhood are exclusively marketed by  ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. These residences feature studio to two-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 434 to 1,076 square feet, with prices starting in the upper $400,000s, below the general new construction pricing of around $1 million for the area.

“We are truly excited to introduce Ella Miami Beach, as it brings an unparalleled value proposition to the new construction market in Miami Beach,” Eduardo Otaola says, Managing Principal of Constellation Group. “Its price point, connectivity to the beach, architecture, and amenity program position Ella Miami Beach to be the most attractive new construction project in the market today.”

Ella Miami Beach is within walking distance of the beach, popular restaurants, boutique shops, and many entertainment venues.

Ella Miami Beach is the singular project for the area that responds to the demand for an intimate residential experience that offers real luxury at attainable price points,” Daniel de la Vega says, President of ONE Sotheby’s. “The development team has established an elevated benchmark for luxury living with flexible ownership in one of South Florida’s most dynamic neighborhoods.” Short-term rentals may also be permitted at Ella Miami Beach.

Arquitectonica, a renowned architectural firm, is designing the building with a nod to Miami Beach’s Art Deco style. The structure will feature elegant curves alongside contemporary lines to showcase the magnificent panoramic views from the rooftop, spanning from the city skyline to the vast ocean beyond.

“Ella Miami Beach is our proud contribution to preserving the rich history of Miami Beach while ushering in a new era of sophisticated living,” Jose Boschetti says, Principal of The Boschetti Group. “We believe the past has always shaped the present, and this classic yet contemporary development is no exception. With its effortless charm, Ella Miami Beach highlights Miami Beach’s past while offering buyers a unique opportunity to be part of its exciting future.”

Ella Miami Beach owners will have access to a luxurious suite of amenities. Residents can experience stunning views of Biscayne Bay and Miami from the rooftop pool and fitness center or enjoy a game of paddle/pickleball while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. They can relax in the residents’ lounge or cook in the summer kitchen featuring a beautiful outdoor dining area. The observation deck and lounge offer a peaceful retreat, while the outdoor yoga and meditation deck, cold plunge, and sauna provide the perfect space for wellness and relaxation. The condo also offers the convenience of a coworking area, complimentary beach cruisers, and storage for bikes and beach toys.

“For buyers who seek classic Miami Beach living and prefer the intimacy of a full-service boutique building, Ella Miami Beach is unmatched,” Rainer Viete says, Vice President at Vietmar. “We are very excited to be developing this stunning new project and to be working alongside Constellation and The Boschetti Group.”
