West Palm Beach Gears Up for First-Ever Eudemonia Summit Centered on Health and Well-Being

The creators of Wanderlust Festival launched the event.

The inaugural Eud?monia summit is scheduled to take place from November 1 to 3 in West Palm Beach. This event is expected to draw wellness enthusiasts who are seeking the latest expert insights, products, and services for health and well-being. Inspired by the Greek word for “life well lived,” the summit will focus on five elements of human flourishing: movement, nourishment, mental optimization, and restoration.

The Eud?monia summit will feature a variety of science-based discussions led by pioneers in the field of health and longevity. The impressive lineup includes Andrew Huberman, Ph.D., Mark Hyman, M.D., Siddhartha Mukherjee, M.D., Sara Gottfried, M.D., Uma Naidoo, M.D., Gabrielle Lyon, D.O., Jeffrey Bland, Ph.D., Jillian Michaels, Dave Asprey, and Michael Breus, Ph.D., with more announcements on the way. In addition to the discussions, the event will offer various activities led by renowned figures like workouts by Jillian Michaels and Adriene Mishler, mindfulness sessions guided by Dan Harris, and a range of spa treatments. Furthermore, attendees can look forward to EXPOS?ME, a well-being expo showcasing over 100 cutting-edge wellness tech brands such as Function Health, AG1, Seed, and Parsley Health.

Eud?monia aims to become the first wellness summit to assess the baseline health of its attendees using Basecamp, an on-site biometric testing center developed in collaboration with Function Health. Knowledgeable staff will provide attendees with insights into their results, allowing them to focus on their unique needs and health objectives during the event, ensuring a truly personalized experience.

“Our goal is to empower attendees to optimize their mental and physical health using science-backed tools and practices,” says Sean Hoess, CEO and Founder of the Eud?monia summit. “Eud?monia is a summit for doers, and we’ve gathered an incredible lineup of trusted experts, teachers and wellness innovators to guide our guests’ journeys towards better health. By fostering open conversation in an immersive, engaging, and beautiful setting, we can all take a step towards greater well-being—what the ancients called eudaemonia.”

The summit is a collaboration between the creators of Wanderlust Festival, known for launching a global series of wellness events in 2009, and Discover The Palm Beaches, the official tourism marketing organization for The Palm Beaches.

Eud?monia is set to take place in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach at the prestigious Hilton West Palm Beach Hotel and the adjoining Palm Beach County Convention Center (PBCCC). The venue boasts over half a million square feet of space, including poolside locations, grand ballrooms, and outdoor dining experiences. Organizers are expecting more than 3,000 attendees and are arranging multiple ticket choices along with a scholarship program.
