Babette

Babette will ring in New Year’s Eve with a festive multi-course celebration beginning with a glass of Champagne. Guests may start with either Babette’s signature Beets Tartare or a bright Passion Fruit Hamachi Tiradito. The next course offers a choice between a “Chawanmushi” of lobster with truffle flan or a rich foie and truffle “Canelon.”

For the main course, diners may select a rack of Colorado lamb with potatoes au gratin and tirabeques, or Grilled Turbot accompanied by pineapple miso, capers, and spinach dashi. Dessert options include the Creamsicle with koji and kumquat purée or a classic Vanilla Soufflé. As the clock strikes midnight, a celebratory Charcuterie Board will be served.

Bulla Gastrobar

Ring in the New Year at Bulla Gastrobar with a festive four-course prix fixe dinner for $65, beginning with a complimentary Cava toast. First-course options include Tuna Tartare, Kale Caesar Salad, or Croquetas de Jamón.

For the second course, highlights include Brisket Montaditos, Sautéed Garlic Shrimp, and Gambas al Ajillo. Third-course entrées feature Bistro Steak, Salmon with baby spinach and lemon cream, or Short Ribs with tetilla cheese and caramelized onions. Desserts include Churros con Chocolate, Baileys Tiramisu, or Flan de Coco with passion fruit sorbet.

JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa

Rose Cafe & Restaurant in Sunny Isles will offer a signature four-course New Year’s Eve menu on December 31 with two seatings: 5–8 PM and 8–10 PM.

The $185 prix fixe menu includes:

  • Antipasti: Amberjack Tartare or Smoked Salmon Carpaccio
  • First Course: Linguine with Lobster or Champagne Risotto with Parmigiano Reggiano and shaved truffle
  • Main Course: Seared Bluefin Tuna Tagliata or Beef Filet with grilled vegetables
  • Dessert: Warm Panettone with Mascarpone Cream

Celebrate with a $65 four-course prix fixe dinner, beginning with a complimentary prosecco toast (optional pisco flight +$10).

Menu highlights include Ceviche Tradicional, Tiradito Nikkei, Tuna Tartare Tacos, Pork Belly Bao Buns, Causa Crocante, and Tostones (choice of pork, shrimp, or crab).
