AFP Fort Lauderdale/Broward Chapter Celebrates National Philanthropy Day

The inspiring afternoon will be held on Nov. 14.

The AFP Fort Lauderdale/Broward Chapter will host an upcoming National Philanthropy Day celebration at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. This yearly occasion will pay tribute to remarkable individuals and foundations that are creating a meaningful difference throughout Broward County. At the event, a luncheon will be hosted with Kim Sarni, the Managing Director of Lifestyle Media Group | South Florida Business & Wealth, as the emcee. Sarni, renowned for her vibrant presence and dedication to community service, will lead the attendees through a significant celebration of philanthropy, generosity and community spirit.

The AFP Broward Chapter is dedicated to furthering philanthropy in the region by empowering fundraising professionals and nonprofit organizations. AFP achieves this through education, training and advocacy, fostering a lively community of committed, ethical and inventive fundraising professionals striving to improve the world.

National Philanthropy Day provides an occasion to acknowledge individuals and foundations that have shown exceptional commitment to the community through their philanthropic endeavors. This year’s honorees encompass a diverse group of people and organizations that have made remarkable contributions to various causes and charities across Broward County.
