City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill to Host an Exclusive Cocktail and Culinary Event

The pairing feast will occur on Aug. 24 and include a monogrammed whiskey glass

Whiskey lovers can rejoice at City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill in West Palm Beach at its Redemption Whiskey pairing dinner from 6 to 9 p.m. The farm-to-table eatery will provide guests a private cocktail reception featuring a four-course whiskey pairing dinner presented by executive chef Rolando Anoceto and special guest speaker Nima Kasmaii of Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits.

The four-course menu features:

Passed Hor D’ourves

Country Terrine with black garlic and pickled mustard seeds

or

Foie Gras served on brioche with apple whiskey jam

Paired with Redemption Rum Cask Pistachio Rye Tai

First Course

Seared Sea Scallops with shaved Brussels sprouts, late summer squash, and

pomegranate molasses vinaigrette

Paired with Redemption High Rye Gold Rush

Second Course

Maple Glazed Niman Ranch Pork Belly with heirloom baked beans,

wilted mustard greens, brown sugar, and bacon

Paired with Redemption Wheated Bourbon Midnight Manhattan

Third Course

Porcini Rubbed Wagyu Short Rib of Beef with Anson Mills barley and turnips

Paired with Redemption Rye Sazerac

Fourth Course

Mile High Ice Cream Pie with blackberry ripple, torched meringue, and salted caramel

Paired with Redemption Bourbon Milk Punch
