Day 3 at PARAISO Miami Beach Features Near Endless Amounts of Runway Shows, Parties, Events and Activations

The four-day gathering is the world's largest marketing and trade event for the swimwear and resort wear industry

PARAISO Miami Beach launched in 2018 as an experiential festival to showcase new and popular fashion, wellness, beauty and lifestyle brands. The multi-day fashion fair is hosted in various parts of South Beach, featuring innovative activations, exclusive launches, runway presentations, and collaborations in design, music, wellness, art and social media events.

This year’s events recently concluded with some eye-opening reveals to help promote Miami’s growing fashion scene. Day three featured numerous gatherings to help spread brand awareness and boost emerging designers. Some highlights included:

HydraFacial hosted an invitation-only cocktail hour, where VIPs enjoyed specialty cocktails and LaCroix while shopping the Espacio VOGUE pop-up and reveling in HydraFacial treatments.

Fit-focused swimwear brand MONTCE Swim hosted an epic presentation, where guests enjoyed cocktails and live music while viewing the brand’s latest collection, which was filled with vibrant florals, flirty frills and beautiful patterns.

ONEONE Swimwear hosted an unforgettable presentation, featuring models and influencers Sofia Jamora, Madison Culver and Jessica Thran wearing the latest looks in bright colors and bold prints from the brand’s Resort 2023 collection.

Just Bee Queen kept the party going with a memorable runway presentation of swim and resort looks shown against the backdrop of Miami’s natural beauty in a romantic outdoor production. Models, including Miss Indiana Teen USA Lexi Gryszowska, wore lush, romantic looks in linens and lace set off by colorful patterns and tonal florals.

POSTER GIRL, the London-based fashion house, made Soho Beach House its runway with its poolside presentation featuring models and influencers Joy Corrigan, Olay Noel, and Ella Snyder wearing fab, futuristic looks.

Models and influencers Jena Frumes, Priscilla Ricart, Alexis King and Shannon de Lima walked in swim and resort wear looks in a bright, cheerful color palette and playful prints.

A highlight of the day’s schedule was the annual Sports Illustrated Fashion Show, held at the W South Beach. Sisters Hunter and Michaela McGrady, Christen Harper, Brooks Nader, Camille Kostek, and mother-daughter duo Katie and Denise Austin were among the models and influencers strutting their stuff down the water-lined runway. SI Rookie Nicole Williams English walked the runway with her husband, retired Chargers player Larry English and surprised the crowd with her baby bump announcement.

Size inclusive swimwear brand JMP The Label brought the jungle to Miami with a tropical-themed collection and presentation in the PARAISO tent. Animal and leaf prints mixed with neon colors to create a fun, vibrant collection that’s not to be missed.

The SIMONETT x CAPSOOL Party at the Floyd Miami reached capacity and had to turn guests away. Those who did make this list were treated to live music and cocktails while shopping new collections from Tigra Tigra, Sunnei, Pardo Hats, and Simuero, as well as vintage and up-cycled pieces from Capsool.
