With the crowds descending on Miami for Formula One, it’s the perfect time to reserve a spot at The Counter at MAASS in the Fort Lauderdale Four Seasons Resort. Along with the extraordinary cuisine, wine and cocktails, enjoy the ocean views and the peace of no engines roaring in the background.

The Chef’s Counter, which was just awarded Fort Lauderdale’s first Michelin Star, offers just 12 seats. Lucky diners who nab a reservation get to enjoy a refined menu with unique offerings from James Beard-nominated Chef Ryan Ratino and his team, like Foie Gras Terrine with banana, black truffle, Szechuan maple syrup and brioche, and optional pairings (think add-ons like caviar, truffles and wine pairings).
