Fit Kids Day

Created by kids for kids, Fit Kids Day was established in coordination with the Pinecrest Parks and Recreation Department to bring awareness to childhood obesity. The fourth-annual Fit Kids Day event took place in Evelyn Greer Park and introduced an exciting array of activities to encourage kids to spend more time having fun outside.

Nutritionists were also in attendance conducting food demonstrations and educating families about healthy eating.
