Yoga on the Bay

Every Sunday morning in September, The Mondrian South Beach will be hosting a scenic yoga session fro South Florida yogis of all levels to enjoy. This complimentary class will be hosted on-site by Tropical Vinyasa from 10 to 11 a.m. and will feature unparalleled views of Biscayne Bay. Attendees can also enjoy all-day pool access, 15% off Sunday Brunch at the Mondrian Caffe and access to the GUYandGIRL Spa.

 

Tropical Yoga

The Gates Hotel South Beach is offering early-morning yoga sessions ever Friday and Saturday at 9 a.m. for both traveling and local yogis. These morning zen sessions will be hosted inside the hotel’s Fitness Center and will feature restorative stretching. Guests can also enjoy the tropical-inspired pool deck or the new K’Alma Spa to finish off a relaxing morning.

Saturdays are for brunch and yoga at Shooters Waterfront in Fort Lauderdale. Every Saturday morning in September, this local restaurant will be hosting a free, one-hour yoga session on the waterfront lawn from 9 to 10 a.m. Post-stretching, yogis are invited to enjoy the all-you-can-eat brunch buffet for $40 per person with bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys for $20 per person.

 

Yoga on the Green

The Keys Collection celebrates National Yoga Month with on-site fitness expert Kiara Wilson every Saturday and Sunday through September. Each weekend morning, Wilson will lead a complimentary yoga class at 9 a.m. at the Sunset Green that includes mats and supplies.

 

Yoga Series

1 Hotel South Beach is offering a collection of unique yoga classes every weekend in September. These sessions will be available to the public and accessible to all levels of yogis.
