H.O.M.E.S., Inc. Hosts Annual Dinner in the Garden Fundraiser

Proceeds from the event are aimed to aid the nonprofit's affordable housing programs and services for low-income Broward residents.

H.O.M.E.S., Inc., which builds homes and communities for at-risk, lower-income, disadvantaged residents in Broward County, will be hosting the Fourth Annual Dinner in the Garden on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at the H.O.M.E.S., Inc. Outdoor Garden in Fort Lauderdale. The event will be inspired by the glamour and charm of Havana’s bygone Tropicana era. Attendees can look forward to an evening of passed hors d’oeuvres, a three-course meal, specialty cocktails, live entertainment, and an award ceremony that recognizes incredible community champions.

The 2024 Honorees include:

  • Ambassador Award – Susan Greaton
  • Cornerstone Award – The Community Foundation of Broward
  • Lifetime Achievement – Marcia Barry-Smith

Housing Opportunities, Mortgage Assistance, and Effective Neighborhood Solutions, Inc. (H.O.M.E.S.) was established in 1998 by Katharine S. Barry.
