Executive Chef Fabrizo Pintus prepares special a la carte dishes for the holidays such as Costine di Agnello, pan-seared Australian lamb chop, braised broccoli rabe, rosemary jus, roasted Yukon gold potatoes; Pappardelle Gamberi, squid-ink pappardelle pasta, shrimp, asparagus, roasted grape tomatoes, shrimp bisque sauce; and Carpaccio di Salmone, house-cured citrus salmon, orange & grapefruit segments, shaved fennel, toasted almonds. Plus, traditional panettone for dessert, an imported traditional sweet Christmas bread, chocolate and mascarpone cream sauce.

Christmas Eve hours are 11:30 a.m.-9 p.m. and Christmas Day hours are 4:30-9 p.m.

Latkes at The Lincoln Eatery

Try a twist on a Hanukkah tradition at Marble & Rye, The Lincoln Eatery’s modern take on a traditional kosher New York delicatessen. Latkes are available with pastrami or corn beef,  drizzled with deli mustard and sauerkraut. In addition to the traditional potato latkes, Marble & Rye will also be offering s’mores latkes with sweet potato, chocolate graham crackers and marshmallows and a jelly doughnut latke with grape jelly, powdered sugar and sweet potato. The Lincoln Eatery is open on Christmas Eve until 6 p.m.
