Lady Baker Launches Restaurant as Pembroke Gardens Expands

The popular bakery will open LB Eatery & Wine by Paula Marsala, adding to its growing roster of new tenants.

Pembroke Gardens is expanding its offerings with the expansion of LB Eatery & Wine by Paula Marsola, owner of the acclaimed Lady Baker. The center has also recently welcomed Anthropologie and The Container Store, with Aerie, Bluemercury, and Crema Gourmet set for Summer 2025. 

LB Eatery & Wine by Paula Marsola is a new culinary venture centered around natural fermentation and seasonal ingredients. LB Eatery & Wine will feature a menu that highlights fresh, seasonal offerings complemented by a curated selection of natural wines. Guests can expect a diverse dining experience, ranging from brunch to dinner options with locally sourced ingredients. The venue is designed to provide a relaxed experience, with events such as wine and champagne tastings, charcuterie pairings, and more. Signature sweets from Lady Baker, which remains open, will be available, allowing guests to enjoy her celebrated baked goods alongside their dining experience.

“At LB Eatery & Wine, we’re celebrating the beauty of natural fermentation and a deep love for thoughtfully made food,” said Paula Marsola, owner of Lady Baker and LB Eatery & Wine. “This new space expands on our values—offering warm hospitality, flavorful dishes, and unique wines in a setting that feels both fresh and familiar.”

In addition to LB Eatery & Wine, Pembroke Gardens continues to grow with the addition of notable new tenants. Among them are Anthropologie and The Container Store. Also slated to join the center are Crema Gourmet, a café specializing in artisanal coffee and pastries, as well as Aerie and Bluemercury in the coming months.
