New Tenants Coming to Society Wynwood in Miami

New leases include Starbucks, Chama De Fogo Brazilian Steakhouse and Nacho Daddy.

Society Wynwood, a significant mixed-use development, has recently completed several leases totaling almost 14,000 square feet. Tricera Capital, the Miami-based commercial real estate firm led by Ben Mandell and LNDMRK Development, oversaw the leasing process. The new tenants include Starbucks, Chama De Fogo Brazilian Steakhouse and Nacho Daddy. Starbucks will occupy a retail space of 2,615 square feet at Society Wynwood.

Chama De Fogo has secured a lease for its second Miami location at Society Wynwood, taking up 5,522 square feet. Known for its authentic gaucho barbecue and premium meat offerings, the Brazilian steakhouse concept has gained immense popularity. The new location will offer a casual dining restaurant, butcher shop, and delicatessen, further solidifying Chama De Fogo’s presence in the Miami market.

Nacho Daddy, a restaurant chain that originated in Las Vegas, launched its first location in 2010. The establishment, which offers gourmet nachos and other Mexican-style cuisine, has since expanded to six additional locations across the United States. The newest addition to the Nacho Daddy family will be its seventh location in Society Wynwood and spanning over 5,400 square feet. This will be the brand’s first and only location in Florida.

“We are excited to be part of the continued growth of Wynwood and bring compelling tenants such as Starbucks, Chama De Fogo and Nacho Daddy to this project,” Dustin Ballard says, Tricera president and Head of Leasing. “Society Wynwood will add to the elevated ecosystem of restaurants, retail and living experiences the eclectic art district offers its residents and guests.”

The leasing representatives for Tricera and LNDMRK at Society Wynwood are Irma Figueroa, Andrew Rosenberg, and Max Gelband from Comras Company. Acre’s Elizabeth Higgins, Marty Arrivo, and Aracibo Quintana represented Starbucks in securing its lease at Society Wynwood. Chama De Fogo had Elizabeth Hazan of Byblos Hospitality Holdings as its consultant. Meanwhile, Nacho Daddy was represented by Jenny Geffen and Dave Preston with Colliers.

In a partnership with PMG and Greybrook Realty Partners, Tricera and LNDMRK have purchased over 32,000 square feet of ground-floor retail at Society Wynwood. Society Wynwood also offers almost 300 modern residential units and a private parking garage, making it one of the area’s top new developments.
